Fitch Ratings upgrades Tupy’s rating

Joinville, December 15, 2022 – Tupy S.A. (“Company”, B3: TUPY3) announces to the market that rating agency Fitch Ratings (“Fitch” or Agency”) upgraded the Company’s rating to “BB+” on the global scale from “BB”, and to “AAA (bra)” on the national scale from “AA (bra)”.

The agency also upgraded the senior unsecured notes due 2031 to “BB+” from “BB”.
